Legally, yes, but most employment contracts have clauses that prohibit outside work, require written permission, or restrict conflict-of-interest activity. In practice, most 9-to-5 contracts will block you without you realising it. We always recommend joining full-time, not because we say so, but because real estate rewards the time you give it. Part-time effort produces part-time results. We'd rather help you make the full move properly than watch you do it halfway.
